Come to the KijFit sports studio for personal training, HIIT Group lessons and (soon) also yoga.
We believe that sports should be as accessible as possible for everyone. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it brings you pleasure you will find the will to keep doing it! The motto of our group training is therefore:
“Your weight and appearance do not determine how healthy you are”
Sports and exercise keep you healthy! You don’t have to be super slim or muscular to live a healthy life and feel good about yourself. But sports and exercise can contribute to keeping your joints strong, your mental health, improved sleep and much more! For us, it is therefore an important part of a sustainable lifestyle.
We currently provide HIIT training at various times during the week (see the schedule below). HIIT stands for ‘High Intensity Interval Training’, which means a combination of strength & cardio. In the near future we will also start with yoga classes. Keep an eye on our social media for updates!
What can you expect from our group lessons?
A lot of energy, motivation and sweating! You will feel mentally & physically; feeling fitter, stronger and healthier!
The training is accessible to both beginners and advanced!
The training sessions are given outside with a maximum of 12 people per class in the beautiful green surroundings of Durgerdam, next to the cows and the football field of s.v. DRC.
